Today, Kolmanskop is a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors intrigued by its eerie, desolate atmosphere and its buildings slowly being reclaimed by the encroaching sands of the desert. Guided tours offer insight into the town’s history and the harsh conditions faced by its former inhabitants. All images created using the Nikon Z6 with 14-30mm f/4 or 24-70mm f/4 lens.
