The National Museum of São Tomé and Príncipe is housed in the Fort of São Sebastião, in the southern end of Ana Chaves Bay, in the city of São Tomé. Built by Portuguese forces in 1575, the fort was the first defensive building erected in São Tomé, being later rebuilt and enlarged. In 1866 it housed a lighthouse, which was rebuilt in 1928 and restored in 1994. All images created using the Nikon Z6 with 14-30mm f/4 or 24-70mm f/4 lens. Processed using Photoshop CC with Nik Collection’s Color or Silver Efex Pro.
