Coachella Walls (1 of 2)

The Coachella murals, often referred to collectively as Coachella Walls, are a growing collection of large-scale public artworks spread throughout the city of Coachella in California’s eastern Coachella Valley. Launched in 2014, the project was created to beautify neighborhoods, strengthen community identity, and provide a platform for both local and international artists. Many of the murals are concentrated in the Historic Pueblo Viejo area and along major corridors, turning ordinary buildings into open-air galleries. The initiative has helped position Coachella as a destination for street art, separate from the nearby music festival, with a focus on long-term cultural investment rather than temporary installations.
