Sun and sea worshipers rush to the Riviera and old town of Budva, making it the center of Montenegro’s tourism. This 2,500 year old city is also one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic Sea coast. Budva’s walls were built straight out of the Adriatic sea and what ‘s left today is only a fraction of the city’s splendor at it’s height, preserved with loving care by the local residents of Budva who are proud of their long history.
