BELIZE
An English speaking country known for its tropical rainforest, Mayan temples, and the world’s second longest Barrier reef.

COSTA RICA
The only Central American country with no standing army, its numerous national parks include beaches, volcanoes, and rainforests.

GUATEMALA
A center for and crossroads of the Mayan civilization with numerous pre-Columbian ruins and a rich colonial history.

HONDURAS
Home to several important Mesoamerican cultures, most notably the Maya, prior to being conquered by Spain in the sixteenth century.

MEXICO (COPPER CANYON)
Consisting of six distinct canyons in the Sierra Madre mountain range in the southwestern part of the state of Chihuahua.

MEXICO (MEXICO CITY)
Mexico City is the country’s largest city as well as its most important political, cultural, educational and financial center.

MEXICO (YUCATAN PENINSULA)
Home of the Maya civilization before it was conquered by the Spanish Conquistadors in the 16th century.

NICARAGUA
The largest country in the Central American isthmus, bordering Honduras to the north and Costa Rica to the south.

PANAMA
The only place in the world where one can see the sun rise on the Pacific and set on the Atlantic.
