Ósvör Maritime Museum is a replica of an old Icelandic fishing station from the 19th century that stands on the east side of Bolungarvík in the northwest of Iceland, located on the Westfjords peninsula. It was built on the ruins of old fishing huts using timber and stone, much like what the fishermen had a few centuries ago. On display are the rowing boat Ölver, a crew hut with tools and equipment, a salt house, and a drying hut. I took way too many photos here. All photos taken with the Nikon Z6 and 14-30mm f/4 or 24-200mm f/4-6.3 lens. Processed using Photoshop CC and Nik Collection’s Color Efex Pro.
