Named after the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), BIFF Square is the cultural heart of Busan’s film and arts scene. This pedestrian-friendly area was renovated in the mid-1990s to coincide with the launch of the film festival, and it has since become a popular destination for movie lovers and tourists alike. The square features handprints of famous international and Korean filmmakers, street food stalls (notably hotteok, Korean sweet pancakes), cinemas, and theaters. All photos created with the Nikon Z6 and either the 14-30mm f/4 or 24-70mm f/4 lens. Processed using Photoshop CC and Nik Collection’s Color or Silver Efex Pro.
