Just into the city of Redlands, one comes across what is commonly referred to as the “Asistencia,” though its full name is the San Bernardino de Sena Estancia. It was established in 1819 as a ranch outpost of Mission San Gabriel Arcángel. I thought I’d see what I could do with its bell tower and an off-center framing.
