My wife and I recently spent a few days in Stockholm at the beginning of our summer travels. One of the draws of the city for us was their subway system, said to be the world’s longest art exhibit at 110 kilometers (68 miles) long. Over 90 of the 100 subway stations in Stockholm have been decorated with sculptures, mosaics, paintings, installations, engravings and reliefs by over 150 artists. While the colors were incredible to work with photographically, I also spent time on a set of black & white images as well.
