Caribbean Cruise – Bonaire

Kralendijk is the capital city of Bonaire, a Caribbean island that forms a special municipality of the Netherlands. The city has a rich history dating back to its founding by the Spanish in the 16th century. This history is reflected in the city’s architecture, which includes many beautiful colonial-era buildings such as the Saint Franciscus Church and the Fort Oranje. The city’s main attraction is the Willemstoren Lighthouse, a historic lighthouse located on the waterfront. All photos taken with the Leica CL and either the Super-Vario-Elmar-T 11-23mm (16-35mm equivalent) or Vario-Elmar-T 18-56mm (27 – 84mm equivalent) lens. Processed using Photoshop CC and Nik Collection’s Color Efex Pro 5.
