Aruba’s capital city Oranjestad has a rich history dating back to its founding by the Spanish in the 16th century. This history is reflected in the city’s architecture, which includes many beautiful colonial-era buildings. The city’s main attraction is the Willem III Tower, a historic lighthouse located on the waterfront. Another popular attraction is the California Lighthouse, a historic lighthouse located on the northwest coast of the island. All photos taken with the Leica CL and either the Super-Vario-Elmar-T 11-23mm (16-35mm equivalent) or Vario-Elmar-T 18-56mm (27 – 84mm equivalent) lens. Processed using Photoshop CC and Nik Collection’s Color Efex Pro 5.
